Honey Harbour Community Co-operative:
The annual Honey Harbour Jazz Festival continues to grow especially among cottagers looking for a social afternoon of entertainment. The fouth annual Honey Harbour Jazz Festival returns to the stage at the outdoor hockey rink in Honey Harbour Park on Saturday, August 15, 2009 from noon until 4 p.m. Returning again this summer is the Fig Leaf Jazz Band, a well-known Dixieland band with a large fan-base in the southern Georgian Bay area. The festival is designed to entertain residents, cottagers and guests of the community by bringing top quality, family-friendly entertainment with a strong emphasis on regional talent, free of charge, into the community. A food tent and beer tent will be set up for the festival.
